The "Juniors" have huge potential. Tens of thousands of balanced, caring, willing younger Dubs waiting to be shown the way and play their part in their society. They have pride in their County and what they stand for. They know the value of society and want to retain it. They are energetic, intelligent, vibrant, and interested. They need the Middler’s and the Seniors to show the way.

The "Middlers" also number in their tens of thousands. They are experienced, caring, know their city and county. They are the Junior’s of yesterday and the Senior’s of tomorrow. Their parents are the Seniors and their children are the Juniors. The Middler’s have much to offer and want to give something back. They are a powerful force and want to play their part in re creating our Dublin heritage and maintaining it.

The "Seniors" have massive potential to impact on all sectors of society. In recent times they have shown just how powerful they can be when the society they built is perceived to be under attack. The experience, the life skills, the wisdom and knowledge they possess is invaluable. The Senior’s life work created this city, county and country. The Juniors and Middler's need their wisdom.

The Dublin Doers aim to promote and harness the skills of all Dubliners, and encourage involvement at local level, so that the spirit of Dublin rises to ensure that our society becomes as vibrant as it can be in the modern era.
